November 2005, Severance Hospital implemented an EMR system with the
goal of document standardizations for EMR data and the maximum
flexibility of clinical document formation for the users. An

The
Central Addictions Registry for Drugs, Singapore (CARDS) was an
electronic prescription monitoring system implemented in October 2005
for the control of buprenorphine abuse by preventing buprenorphine
users from "doctor-hopping". The CARDS system also evolved in July 2006
to supplement a nationwide Subutex Voluntary Rehabilitation Programme
(SVRP) for the buprenorphine users, providing functions beyond
prescription monitoring to include tracking of patient status in SVRP.
